Promo Code not working

I purchased an S22 Ultra from Woolworths Mobile in Australia.

I submitted the details and have received a promo code.

When I try to use the promo code to order the gift I just get "Invalid Code" on the form and cannot submit the order.

I've raised this via email support and all I get back is an email with the same promo code details which still dont work.

Can anyone help?

First obvious thing to try is copy the code from the email and paste directly into the field on the shopping cart page, if you haven't already done this. Also are you using the correct code? Your claim number is a 20 (or more) digit number (In my case starting with "AUE2022"). Your E-Voucher Code should be in a similar format to this: 22U-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx and should be emailed out to you approximately 7 days after Samsung has validated your claim. This is the code you need to enter into the field on your Samsung shopping cart page (after choosing your redemption gift and the cart populating with all items.  If all items are in stock they should be free and you'll have to pay $0.

Yes I am copying and pasting the promo code not the claim number.
