If you are using Samsung Members app, you can click Support at right handside bottom corner, do diagnostic for camera. See if it is working or not.

Please run the diagnostics for the Camera using Samsung Members app as said by Tallman and check if the Camera is working or not.

You can also try to perform reset the camera app and check if it resolves the issue.

Open the Camera app >> tap Settings or Gear icon located on the upper-left corner >> tap Reset settings >> tap Reset to confirm.
