My daughter wants to switch from iPhone 7 to my old S7 but is worried about losing all of her music from iTunes ... help please!

All of it can be transferred via smart switch I believe

Yeah Smart Switch should transfer everything over. However, she should first plug her iPhone into a PC/Laptop and back it up completely, then she for sure won't lose anything and then she can also manually move songs from her PC to her new device.

Good on you @IAmMamaBear!!
But as Jonathan mentioned, make sure you do a transfer via smart switch from iPhone to PC first, this way everything is backed up onto the PC
then use Smart Switch to transfer from PC to S7
