"Blocked by your admin" issues

So I've restarted my phone, I've removed my school accounts. I don't have any device admin apps active. Yet I still get a "switch to work" button on snapchat when opening up gallery to share pictures. And when I click on it this pops up. Does anybody know what's wrong?

Contact your school IT. They set restriction on your school account.
