Hello how to trouble shoot my phone. Because on messages from setvices u cant reply. Thr cant teply to this short code notif below is flickering

May I suggest adding or inserting a screen shot about the issue so our development team can look at it and provide solutions?

In the meantime, if it's a software issue, you can check your device's software to see if it's updated to the latest version. Follow the steps below to update the software on your mobile device. 

 
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
 
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
 
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Step 4. Restart your device.
 
 

If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Settings/System".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

I read also in forum. Maybe i am using the google message. Coz google message has bugs recently. Now i swithced to message app.
