 After the last update, I'm not able to click any app from the menu of my phone. When I do click an app, I get the message "Menu not currently available".

Whatever is happening here, it has nothing to do with the last update.

what is the model number of your device?

It definitely has to be linked with the update. I am having the exact same issue and so are many other. The S21 range had the same issue post update in March!

Nah, it's almost certainly a user applied Theme, language setting or something like that.

But what are you doing when you get "Menu not Available", ie: Settings > Apps or??

Same problem on s20 right after the update and after the update my auto brightness also broke

What are you doing when you get "Menu not Available"?

As for the "Adaptive Brightness", what makes you think that it's broken?

British english but I had this problem with Canadian english too, I started having this right after an update a little while ago
