Random restart

It just happened yesterday. I'm charging my phone then I just check it to see my notification when it suddenly freeze and restarted itself. I'll appreciate if someone from samsung enlighten me what happened.

I'm in an Air conditioned room so I assure you it's not overheating even though I'm charging. I'm also not using my phone, I just check my notif so there's no reason for it to overheat. I'm using 25w charger from samsung.

Could be a kernel panic or something in your phone triggered and made it reboot

Does it ALWAYS happen? Or does it happen occasionally?

Observe it. If it happens again, try to factory reset it.

Open the Device Care app. Under Additional Care, there's an option for Auto Optimization which automatically reboots the device when needed. Check if it's turned on. If it is, there's your answer. If it's not, then welcome to the world of random android glitches 😅

It's turned off. I'm backing up my data since I wanted to factory reset my phone soon. Maybe after it received Android 14 😅
