This is the rcs confirmation messaging pop-up on my Samsung galaxy s20 ultra that keeps re-appearing, I've posted about it before but this time I have a proof, some form of help needed, factory reset and fresh start did not fix, running on the bell/mts network

Hi ih8tesn0w, As the RCS is a carrier based feature, I suggest you to please contact your carrier and check if there is an issue from their end.

yes i have, it repeatedly reappears with this pop up randomly

If this is the case, I think contact your carrier is the solution because:

1. You have already factory reset your phone and still have problem

2. You have registered your phone numbers to Carrier and keeps popup.

3. The RCS is managed by Carriers.

Therefore, please contact your carrier.

unfortunately no, my carrier says it has nothing to do with them
