Galaxy S5 in 2014 was the last samsung flagship phone that has a removable battery. I miss this old days like you dont have to go to the technician to be charged for more even though you just have to replaced the batteries. Just purchase a battery and you can have it put it on yourself.

tbh i don't miss it

firstly i bought several 3rd party batteries for my nokia dumb phone, guess what? all of them have worse quality than my original battery, it's really hard to find new battery with same quality like i was bought the phone years ago

secondly i have galaxy grand prime, its battery still working up to now and i bet if i go to nearest samsung service center, i am pretty sure they don't have battery stock for my galaxy grand prime, so my only option is to get 3rd party battery that i believe it has much worse quality than my grand prime original battery

so it doesn't matter if your phone battery is removable or not, you can't find new battery with same quality like when i unboxed the phone

i wish there's a proper 3rd party company that can produce high quality battery based on customer's request, but nope, there's no such company
