Hey samsung
**bleep** is wrong with my S22 Ultra. It got extremely hot when I was doing video call with my mom and shut off the camera. It's battery also **bleep**. The phone get so hot sometimes that anybody can clearly tell that this phone has heating issues. Is this Samsung's flagship? Is this Samsung's quality control? Is this Samsung's customer service? If you guys are not capable enough to make good phones then let customers know. We will happily switch to some other brand instead of wasting our money on your junk.
I kindly request please wake up, take some action and do something to resolve my problem and other customer problems.

Hi, we are really sorry to hear this issue from you.

We kindly request you to follow the steps and verify if the heating issue is solved.

We suggest you to use the Samsung original charger to charge the device.

Keep the device updated with the latest software.

Conflicts between running apps may cause the device to heat up.

Restart the device.

Deactivate the Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth features when not using them.

Close apps that increase battery consumption or that run in the background when not in use.

Delete unnecessary files or unused apps.

Decrease the screen brightness.

If the device overheats or feels hot for a prolonged period, do not use it for a while.

If you still feel the device is too hot, please get the device examined by the Samsung authorized service technician by visiting the link given below to know the cause of the issue and get it fixed.

To be honest I know all these things which you told me and if I talk about software and app problem then that's your mistake. You should make your software manage apps properly. Features like Gps, bluetooth and wifi are ON all times and since it is a flagship I don't expect this statement of closing them when not in use. If I shut them off then what about galaxy watch, my buds, etc. Never saw big companies like apple, google giving this statement for their phones.
Instead of this you should take a big step and rectify all problems in your phone. And all samsung users will agree with me that your software updates **bleep**. They cruble the performance of device. I think company do it knowingly to make people go for new models and that's disgusting.

Apparently older Samsung phones have been experiencing battery problems. It's weird

Yes could be..ruh the diagnostics from the members app and see if anything stands out. It could be an app messing it up too. Worse case, do a hard reset using the volume up down, recovery mode. Wipe cache as well and start fresh. Don't transfer data. Give it a week after that to settle and see what happens. Do you have care on it?
