I reset the app cache and storage, reset network settings,,reset the partition cache.made sure I set the clock to auto, made sure the messages weren't pinned. called Samsung and used the online help and sent them pictures and told them off the 100s of web pages about this problem and all they could say was I must have dropped the phone

Hi guys, just a thought. I maybe wrong. Text message features provided by carriers. Even thou when their network have problems (like few weeks ago), users not able to send or receive text message.
If the text messages orders are wrong, is it because some text messages receive first and some messages delay? Do you guys think this is carrier issue? mumbles1 already factory reset the phone and messages still out of order, carrier issues, right? Just my 2 cents...🤔

@mumbles1 Yeah I agree with @Tallman - It's almost certainly a Network time issue somewhere - I'm pretty sure that you said that you spoke with your Carrier's tech support - But if it was the 1st level of tech support - They aren't always the most knowledgeable - They are more equipped to tell people how to Reboot or Factory Reset a device than any actual problem solving... Might be worthwhile to call your Carrier's tech support & ask to speak to a supervisor... who hopefully has more knowledge 😉🐧
