Return of trade-in phone-S Ultra

I got my new phone about 15 days ago.I contacted Samsung support multiple times for details email/mailing label to return the trade-in phone. I feel that they have been giving me the run around .The first time I was told it will be 2 -3 biz days after I receive the phone. The second time I was told that a ticket has been raised to expediate the process, and now I am told it will be this week. Is anyone else in Canada experiencing this issue . Also noticed that the warranty started even before I ordered the phone. I have been a long-term Samsung customer, starting from Galaxy 3 phone. But this is the first experience ordering online, so far it has been a very frustrating experience.

I got my phone on the 25th of January and still didn't receive anything. Called twice but all i get is not to worry, i will get it soon .. So I guess I'll get it when i get it.

I think from what I have seen it is a different company (Assurant Services Canada Inc) that handles the trades and contacting you with the return information so Samsung customer service likely has no idea what is happening

Thank.I realize that, but Samsung should have some control over it , doesn't look like a very smooth process. I hope I won't have to wait for months to validate the trade-in in value.

You're probably right, when i call they seem clueless as to when i will get it. Doesn't really bother me as i will sell my S23U myself or keep it if they give me the run around.

I still haven't received my trade in email either. The second time I contacted them they said I would for sure have it today (14th) but it still hasn't shown up.

I hear you. I had a similar issue with my e-voucher as well. They kept giving me dates on when to expect the credit, and it took more than a week to get it.
