I have been facing a green vertical line on my Samsung S21 ultra's display recently. On 28 July 2023 at 09.45 Am after a software update a green vertical line suddenly appeared on the centre of my display, there is no water or physical damage. My phone back panel was damaged one year ago .and I was using the phone as it is I had never repaired the phone. this same issue has been seen for many users as we can see on Samsung official website community page many Samsung mobile users complaining having same issue coming after updating their phones even if there are no physical damages to phone the same issue comes after updating their phones. https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Others/S21-ultra-5g-issue-green-line-on-display/m-p/14355226
I also contacted customer care Toll-free number they are totally refusing their role to give a solution for this. they just tell we can't do anything for this problem.as I notice this may be due to Samsung does not use a good quality of electric components for their phone or their software update might have some issues .as this is a premium phone from Samsung as I had spent more than one lac for this phone and now after 2 year this phone is of no use after this software update my phones display got damage. Same issue was on OnePlus phones and their company was giving free replacement for this issue in their phones. Samsung should also look after these issues customers facing even after purchasing Samsung premium phones.
service center tells that pay 21000 for display change .then what use of this mobile if this phone display only last for 2 years.samsung please understand problems which customer facecs even after buying a premium phone
