Hi so I have my samsung s24 ultra for about idk 3-4 months and i'm very satisfied with it, but I realised that my S pen has some problems with hitting some part of the screen correctly and I have no idea why, could it be that my S pen is decalibrated? I tried to reset the S pen multiple times but I have issues when I write something with it, I dont have a screen protector. It is very annoying...

Hi fredD1997,

Sorry to hear that your'e facing issues with your S Pen on your Galaxy S24 Ultra and appreciate your efforts in performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

If the recognition sensitivity is decreased, raise the pen a little bit and use it. If the pointer appears on screen, but no touches are recognized or a great deal of pressure is required, the tip may need to be changed.

Do you have a case on the phone with a magnet or mounting plate on it? That can effect the pen as well

The pen generates an electromagnetic field so it can be detected by the phone.
