s10+ connectivity issues

Hi everyone! I've been having issues with my s10+ from the get go, my phone does not connect to my lte network whenever I would switch from a wifi network to data. I checked with my carrier and they tell me everything is good on their end, I also changed the sim card as well. I was hoping the update from today would fix this issue but it's still happening. I'm honestly sick and tired and have no idea what to do now. I've been to Samsung service centre and spoke with a number of customer service rep and well no resolution.

hi! i was waiting a couple of days to see if it was really fixed and unfortunately no not completely. its worked fine for a few days but happened again today. Also i noticed when it happened under connection settings it wasn't connected to anything, i did a restart and then everything started working/connecting property

aw, that **bleep**. Have you tried forgetting network or resetting network settings. Also clearing Cache partition?

Hi I'm having the same issue. I tried developer mode and ntn happened for me. How do I clear the cache?

yup all of that, i guess it wouldn't hurt doing it again at this point. im also considering changing carriers to see if that fixes the issue at this point, or at least isolate the issue
