We're sorry for the experience. We do not have an option to retrieve missing data unless the data was backed up previously. Please follow the steps below to retrieve data from Samsung Cloud if you have performed data back up in advance:
1. Go to “Settings”
2. Tap on “Cloud and accounts”
3. Tap on “Samsung Cloud” and you will be able to access all the data that was back up to your Samsung Cloud account.
We also suggest you check the Recycle Bin of the Gallery application.

I did a USB file transfer prior to the incident but didn't transfer the missing albums & pictures. Thus, I am not sure if there was any hidden error happened while doing the transfer because I wasn't prompted any.
Unfortunately the albums & pictures are not in the Recycle Bin of the Gallery. I have tried checking and did everything I could, from clearing cache, and soft reset (suggested by Live Agent), and after doing the soft reset the albums are still missing and I realised one of the existing albums were missing more pictures compared to before doing the soft reset. I still have no idea how it happened.
