S10 Plus firmware/security update

Why till now my SM-G975F (XSG) - S10 plus has not received any new update (Security or firmware)? The security patch is still dated March 2021. Any info would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

How was your recent Galaxy experience? Were you able to check with the suggestion from your fellow member here? Just an additional info, software updates may get delayed due to factors such as but not limited to: internet connection, region, additional fixes to the update, network carriers, etc... With that, I agree with your fellow member to install Samsung Smart Switch in your laptop/PC to be able to receive updates much faster. It was launched March 2019 so it basically has 2 years of software update. Not sure if they'll add another year for security updates.

Hi Itgas, per checking in samsung firmware archieves your device with country code XSG in UAE, has no available firmware yet, but the Sri Lankan country has been release, just be patient u'll recieve yours sooner as it was already debuted in nearby country.
