Hi guys I have doubt to ask. My battery status shows weak when diagnosed in Samsung member app. So went to change battery. Upon checking in the service centre, they found out the battery's condition is 85% which means need to be replaced. After replacing new battery, it still shows weak in self diagnostic. Then checked with the service centre again the same day. The new battery's condition shows 80%. Do they fake the repair.? Location terminal one, seremban, negeri sembilan. Please share your opinion on this. Don't know wat to do.
iu should settle this issue and ask for the relevant justification from the service centre itself.
