I am using samsung phones for last 3 years and i was a happy customer till now. But, last week when i remove the case from my s10 the volume rocker came with it. I didn't face an issue like this from Samsung till now. I need the warrenty for this issue. it is the manufacturing problem that i am facing.

Please get the device examined by the authorized Samsung service center to determine the root cause of the issue. Samsung provides 12 months of warranty. However, the physical and liquid damages will not be covered in the warranty.

The buttons on samsung phones since the Note 9 are removable. If the entire button came out (metal bit and plastic underneath) you can simply push it back in with no issues.

Hi Rohith, I suggest you please make sure you are using a Samsung-approved case or cover which is always recommended. Please note that Unapproved accessories could cause the device to malfunction.
