Not sure what model # is for your device but mine is SM-G973W and your device if Canadian should be something like that

I am guessing it is a US model but RedDogRabbit could say for sure and might be able to help you with a way to update.
I have never got into that kind of stuff to know

That's a carrier unlocked USA model of the S10e.

That is the US variant, and "U1" is branded with Verizon I believe.

You would need to change the SIM to a US SIM, or change the CSC to get the OTA, or download the Latest US Firmware to your computer & manually Flash the US Firmware with Odin.

It's REALLY early so, that's the best I've got... But definitely a US device & Not Canadian.

I haven't even received any updates as of yet, on a s20fe, Canadian variant. Everything I find says I should have it by this point, but I still don't have it.

I have not seen anybody saying they got it yet on s20fe but likely is still coming if s10 got it this late in the day

That would be absolutely illogical for an older variance to receive an update prior to a newer variant. The logic in the rollout is absolutely absurd.
