I have galaxy s10+ snapdragon canadian version Bell unlocked. I got the sep security patch. Can anyone tell me when will i get the note 10 features which people from the other world are getting from approx a week?

All phones are unlocked, so you don't have to say Bell unlocked, you can just say Bell.

Not all phones are unlocked, when you purchase a phone from a specific carrier, the phone locks itself to that carrier. OP probably unlocked his device or purchased an international version.

It would be unlocked if it was a canadian version phone. If its international, its different.

all canadian phones are unlocked regardless of carrier. they cant sell carrier locked phones in Canada anymore

either they can't sell locked phones or they have to unlock it for free on the customer's demand.
