Galaxy SHello,
I have an issue that I've been working on for 2 months now and I found no solution.
After the july update my Samsung S20 Ultra 5G cannot connect to any mobile network.
I got this sign!
Of course I did all the basics and advanced recomandations but nothing works.
The only thing that worked only one time was the factory reset. Unfortunately the phone managed to do a new update and the problem comes back.
Now when I do a factory reset, I got a message telling me that I've done an unauthorized reset and the problem persist.
So this is not an hardware problem, the problem comes with the update. And I cannot downgrade to get back to the working state, it seems to be impossible!
I'm desperate because the phone only work with WiFi wich is not the first objective of a phone, I cannot even make a phone call or receive a message.
So is there anyone with a real working solution and not just remove sim or change sim, restart phone, reset network, clear cache, factory reset, adb command line, odin firmware loader etc...
Thanks a lot.
Best regards.

Galaxy SHello NickLaz,
Thank you for reaching out to us in order to find out the solution/s with your Samsung Galaxy S20 having issues connecting to mobile network.
We care and we are here to guide, provide quick fixes and offer solutions to your problems.
In your case, all the troubleshooting steps you have done result in too little; your device is working with Wi-Fi only and cannot make a phone call or receive a message. And switching back to a previous version of Android is generally not recommended.
Following are some basic tips and tricks you might want to try .
A) Submit an error report on Samsung Members app.
Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.
Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.
Step 3. Select Symptom category.
Step 4. Describe problem in detail and SEND.
How to submit an error report on Samsung Members app?
B) Run Diagnostics under Samsung Members app.
1. Run Samsung Members and select Diagnostic menu.
2. Tap View Tests located under Diagnostics.
3. Diagnostics checks, Individually Tap the following;
SIM Card & Mobile Network
4. Your Galaxy phone will then run through the checks.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the check.
6. You can view your results after each check is complete.
If the issue persists, I highly suggest to bring your Samsung Galaxy S20 device to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center immediately.
