Galaxy SYes, just did the update this morning and received texts from 2 different people with pictures so blurry I couldn't even tell what they were! I'm on Rogers. However, one person sent 4 pictures and only 1 was blurry, other sent 2, both of which were blurry.

Galaxy SHi Bart71, Thanks for letting us know the response of your carrier.
Hi Samsung Members, I can see that @kaiess is on Rogers. Could everyone please let us know your carrier? I suggest you to perform wipe cache partition by following the instructions below and check if you can get the pictures without any issues.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
- When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
- An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
- Press Bixby / Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.
- When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.
