Galaxy SDo you think any company out there will think for their user more or their own benefit? Especially in Malaysia. Even a new 1-1 replacement for a new and under warranty device also they cannot do. In many countries, they do offer

Galaxy SJika atas kecuaian pengguna yang sengaja ter'rosakkan contoh paling ketara screen , saya ada pengalaman Samsung Galaxy s4 screen retak gara2 kecuaian saya jatuh atas jalan(parkinglot) retak seribu tapi still boleh guna , dan penggunaan yang terlalu kerap hingga banyak virus yang masuk dalam sistem sampai mainboard terbakar ,bagi mengelakkan kerosakan lain yang kita tidak nampak saya terus ke Samsung Centre yang berdekatan dan perkhidmatan yang disediakan betul2 memuaskan hati . Dalam satu gadget sahaja 3kali berlaku dan semua akibat kecuaian saya . Pasukan baikpulih akan siasat dahulu apa kerosakan2 yang sebenarnya dialami .Mereka ada menghubungi saya untuk terangkan butir2 kerosakan , kerana saya pernah terlibat di dalam industri elektrikal jadi saya faham . Tiada masalah bagi saya pada ketika itu membayar kos yang dikenakan walaupun warranty masih ada . Oleh sebab kes2 sebegini la pihak server melantik pihak kedua untuk backup keperluan semasa penggunaan . Lain orang lain cara mereka mengendali. Kali kedua Galaxy A1siri yang pertama. Update je software smartphone tak boleh buka kerana kesilapan saya tak klik backup untuk simpan data2 . Setiap kali update software adalah untuk ciri2 keselamatan . Pulangkan ke Samsung Centre Alhamdulillah dapat guna seperti biasa tanpa saya dikenakan cas. Pasukan baikpulih downgrade saya punya software pada Galaxy A1siri pertama saya tanpa saya dikenakan apa2 bayaran. Cerita dah lama sangat hahaha btw saya berpuas hati Samsung semakin maju dalam teknolojinya kerana setiap modelnya bersiri dan bersesuaian dengan harga patut yang mana pelanggan boleh pilih atas kemampuan masing2
