Galaxy SHi, If you are still having the issue after performing all the steps, we suggest you to try backup and factory reset.

Galaxy SDon't forget to backup your device with Smart Switch first.. BUT test the Data Speeds BEFORE you restore your device, just in case you may restore the issue as well...
