S20 FA 5G VERY slow data download speeds

Hi all.   My S20 FA 5G is fine when connected to wifi but when I use the 5G download speeds I get 1 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload speeds.   I've been on the phone with my provider Bell for hours, they've sent me a new SIM card to no avail.

Anyone here experiencing very slow 5G download speeds? Anyone find a fix to this?

Hi, If you are still having the issue after performing all the steps, we suggest you to try backup and factory reset.

Thank you all for trying to help me get to the bottom of this. I really appreciate it. I will try the factory reset most likely tomorrow evening after work. I will definitely let you know if it helps or not.

Don't forget to backup your device with Smart Switch first.. BUT test the Data Speeds BEFORE you restore your device, just in case you may restore the issue as well...

Sorry to revive an old post but I never did get the S20 FE to download quicker in 5G. Just received my new S23 FE and my 5G download speeds went from 30 Mbps to now 400 Mbps. Problem solved.
