After upgrading to build number: G986WVLU2DUG1 (July security patch) on my S20+, I have been having issues with the front camera quality in apps like WhatsApp, Google Duo and Instagram. The video call quality becomes grainy especially during low light. I have never had any issues like this before and what I've noticed is that this build number included improved camera performance which might've changed something. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Hi Entertainer, Please perform the wipe cache partition of the device and get back to us with the results. Here are the steps for wipe the cache partition of the device: - Turn off the device. - tap and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then tap and hold the Power key. - When the Android logo displays, release all three keys. - An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear. - tap the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition. - tap Power key to select. - tap the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and tap the Power key to select. - When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted. - tap the Power key to restart the device.
