S20 one ui 2.5 update smart postpaid plan

Hi, I havent receive any notif for software update for one ui 2.5 on my samsung s20 (not 5g). I got my phone from smart postpaid plan. Can anyone help me on how can I update this? Thanks in advance!

It will just delete your items inside so you may utilize One Drive to backup your important files inside it.

same, my wife's note20 ultra 5g just got an update to 3.0 today. my s20 ultra 5g still on 2.1 as of writing.
