S20 Pictures

Does anyone find the S20 pictures to be overly sharpened? Especially pictures of people. My S7 Edge does a better job with faces. Anyone else having this issue? I've turned off all filters and beautying. It's very disappointing considering the cost of this device.

Samsung has always been excellent at over sharpening pictures. I often upload pictures on the net and sometimes they just look horrendous.

Thanks but this is to the point the pictures aren't usable. I'm surprised no reviews out there call it out more. Over contrasted and over sharpened pictures.

S20 has the most powerful camera on Galaxy phone which gives you pro-grade tech so pictures come out detailed.
I suggest you to please try disabling the Scene Optimizer in Camera settings and see if that resolves your issue.

Thanks, I've done that. Pictures are just over processed. Even in pro mode, it's a little better, but still too much sharpening and contrast.

wouldn't waste my money on the pile of junk the s20 is and overpriced.
