I bought this S20+ on May 2020, use for 1 week then i found the line signal are very weak which i have 2 telco, digi & umobile both very weak in this device. I tried put sim card at another device, it's fine. I have go to SC twice with different location (1Utama &Sunway Pyramid) they just run software for me which i have inform CS i have run software before at another center. But CS inform me they try software first. 3rd time i go to SC Sunway, i do appointment because i know weekend is busy day in mall, but you know what ? I still need to que for the number eventho i have set apointment. Wasting my time go up and dowm to SC but my problem still not solve. I have change new sim card as suggest by your CS, pay for Rm10, but not solve my problem. Wasting my time and wasting my money. To Samsung Malaysia, Please give me solution for this issue since i saw some people are also complaint about this cases.
samsung note 10 plus..same problem I bought this fon on Oct 19 ..when main bord only change and do 2 times software update..last call I received from samsung on of the head..she say like must use phone..I ask solutions still she's say same.they are smart. when problem no solve..and cannot settle .they say use like only no more choices..this is customer care of samsung
Any updates? I use s20+ and my wife use ip12. Both use maxis but connectivity is weaker eventhough we are at the same place...urrgghhh @samsungmalaysia
