Hey everyone, I've got the galaxy s20 ultra with bellmts in manitoba and i just started to have an issue where I had to manually change my network connection to auto connect for lte and others from the lte+, bell says they're 5G network is now working but all I can do on the lte+ connection is call and text, no form of mobile data is working, anyone else on bell with same phone notice any issues? Or should I go into be and see what they can do?

Bell's 5G network is very limited its only available in a few locations. but your saying that even on LTE+ you are not able to load anything?

Hi ih8tesn0w,
Please perform the network reset settings on your phone and check if it works.
Go to Settings>> General management>> Reset>> Reset network settings>>Reset Settings.
Note: The Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network settings will be reset, back to factory defaults.
I suggest you to verify your phone outside of your home and in different places as well because the availability of the network is limited in a few locations as mentioned by Alex3748. If the issue persists, please contact the carrier Bell and check the network strength in your region.

hi thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately I just tried that, yes it reverted back to the factory out of the box setting of lte+ but still could not load anything, think it started about 4 days, before that everything was working perfectly fine

Hi  ih8tesn0w

Please try with different SIM cards of different carriers on your phone to diagnose the issue.
Make sure that you have backed up the data on a computer using a Smart switch. Otherwise, it will erase the phone log data.
