S20+ Vertical Pink Line

My phone (S20+ 5G) got a vertical pink line 2 days ago while using it.  The warranty just finished a month ago. I contacted Samsung support and they advised it will be fixed against a fee as it's already out of warranty. I am not sure what to do ...
