Galaxy SI've noticed that when I am connected to the internet and turn on my VPN my internet stops working. When I look it says connected w/no internet. Not a techie but didn't have this problem on my S10+. How can I resolve this issue? VPNs are not supposed to turn off your internet connection. This does not happen on my TV, so why is it happening on my phone?

Galaxy SHi droberson69,
Please share the detailed information, like any kind of error message when trying to use a VPN, and other details as asked by Ray2, and Tallman.
Also, verify that the information like the server address, username, and password are correct.

Galaxy SI'm gonna give a kind of cloud answer bc I've seen this Q a few times today...
Try the wipe cache 1st
@Cassidy
https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/Others/Wipe-cache-partition-for-all-devices-EN-FR/td-p/3156063
If that doesn't help, if it's an app, uninstall it and reinstall it.
After a restart if it still is not working...
Go under settings /accounts and go under the email you use then make sure everything is synced.
After that...
Grab a computer, install smartswitch, backup your device then do a factory reset 🤙
