S21 fe back plastic scratches

Hii, recently i took off the case of my s21fe and i noticed alot of scratches and tiny dents on the back plastic. Im not so sure why is this happening as i always have my case on and never took it off exect cleaning it. Btw i am using a spigen case. Pls help thanks.

May I know roughly when u purchased it? Did u register for the basic warranty back then?

Should be around feb to march 2022

Okay.. That means it's still under warranty, however Samsung will consider this as cosmetic damage and will not replace for free.

I have this problem on back panel of my phone to I take care alot from my phone but after few month I removed my phone case (i used silicone case) 

I saw some dots and little scratch on backe of my phone 

I dont know what cause this problem 😕

It happens, it is the dust particles or debris that circulate within the case, resulting in scratches. Now, you can't do anything.

For future, always make sure to frequently clean the case - in every 2-3 weeks. People always tend to forget to clean the back cover case.
