Galaxy SI used my s21 FE on holidays in the pool, worked great until it didn't. I've done this before and not had problems but this time the lenses look to have moisture behind them and now a few days later, I ran out of battery and when I restarted phone the cellular isn't working, tried sim in an old phone, no problems. I can do wifi calling and text but no cellular/network found. I have reset network and apn connections.
I feel the IP68 is missleading.
Is this worth repairing or do I need a new phone?
Thanks
Mac

Galaxy SYou could always take it to a certified repair centre, and see what they charge for repairs I guess.
Regarding the IP rating, it is based on Fresh water only.
*With an IP68 rating, they are water resistant in fresh water to a maximum depth of 1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes, and are protected from dust.
