I saw a lot of Samsung user having green line issue. Mine also got green line on S21+. I dont know is it worth to buy "smart"phone for RM4k just to see green line after 2 years.
24/8/22 (Thursday) – Updated the software, and suddenly vertical green line appeared on the screen right after the software update without any physical damage (Phone was used for 2 years and did not drop before).
26/8/22 (Friday) – Went to Sunway service Centre , the staff mentioned even though the phone is out-of-warranty, still manage to repair it free of charge by Samsung for s21+ due to software issue caused by Samsung. and they mentioned it requires Samsung to approve before the technician repair it
30/8/22 (Wednesday) - Customer care called and i need to pay for the LCD reply

There is one option you can consider but be sure ready to collect all evidence if you are sure there was no wrongdoing on your part and that is to file a report to Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia under KPDN.

My s21+ also no drop before.
But if your frame also spoil then it cause expensive lah.. but I protect my frame nicely, so all still in very good condition, thus not required to replace.
