When will the carriers release Android 14 with One UI 6 for the S21? I don't have one.

I'm guessing, by mid December, the S21 Series will receive One UI V6.0.

It wasn't that long ago, that the current year's Flagship, didn't get the new Android version update, until maybe January the next year, and trust me, it's NOT THAT big of a deal.

Yes, the hold up. Never said it was a big deal. My husband's S23 Ultra is on its 3rd One UI 6.0 update. First one being about a month ago. I am asking because of certain mobility companies in Canada. Did I answer your question?

You're comparing Betas to Stable, so no you didn't.

3rd 6.0 update!? He's definitely testing beta software. 3 software updates in a month is unheard of here.

Yes, and that's why I said that they were comparing Betas to Stable 😉

That and the seeming inference to "certain Carriers", and that is irrelevant in Canada, unlike in the US, where some Carriers are in fact the ones that push OTAs.
