Have been with Samsung for a while.
For a "flagship phone"(S23 ultra); not to receive a security patch since July ...in this day and age, is not acceptable! Not to receive any information on the situation in Canada regarding the S23 utlra, from Samsung, is not acceptable! Does not seem that Samsung takes the Canadian market seriously? Once my contract ends...will be exploring different phone options!

I'm with you. I was planning on keeping the 23U for at least 3-4 years. If this is happening now, I can't imagine how bad it will be once future phones are released. I'll be getting updates once a year. If they don't take us seriously, we shouldn't give them our hard earned money.

I have the s23 ultra also..been a Samsung customer since the galaxy s7. I've never seen them drop the ball like this before. I really hope this doesn't create future update problems. But I've read Samsungs statements..they seem to be in trouble with workers ect.
