Hey! So I got a S21 Ultra, upgrade from my note 20 ultra, the auto brightness isnt working at all, have reset and checked everything I can on the phone, disabled auto brightness, reset the device health storage, checked for any battery saver, power modes that were on, restarted phone, nothing has fixed it! I need help thanks!
Hi, We request you to register an Error Report from the Samsung Members app by attaching the system logs. Open the Samsung Members app>> Menu >> Support >> Send feedback >> Error Report >> Send system log file.
With these logs, our team could analyze the performance and errors on the device and if there is anything related to the Samsung update that you have installed recently, we would push a fix through an update.
Try do a Wipe Cache Partition on your S21. See if this resolve your problem
- Power off your phone - Press and hold vol up and power key until you are in recovery mode - use vol up and down to navigate - select Wipe Cache Partotion - press power key to confirm - click yes - click reboot system
