Hi Gowrivijayan, Please check if you are able to access your google account on the PC. Login to Gmail and see if it works. Also, use your same Google account on another device and check if it works. If you have the same issue on other devices then something might be wrong with your Gmail account. Please write back to us with the results.
Hi, I have the exact same issue as Gowrivijayan on my S21 Ultra. My google account works fine on my old phone and on a PC. Very frustrating. I have factory reset the phone two times without any luck.
Hi, we suggest you to perform a clear cache and data and force stop playstore app. To clear cache and data, go to Settings, swipe to, and touch Apps. Swipe to and touch the playstore app. Tap force stop.
Touch Storage, and then touch Clear cache and clear data.
Hi and thanks for the reply. It didn't help but I managed to find a solution to my problem. I ended up testing with my wifes Google account and everyting worked perfectly. I tried my account again and had the same problem as before. The difference between our two accounts is that she had a more secure way of logging in as she had to validate the login attempt on a different phone. So I activated the "light" two factor authorization method on my account as well and all of a sudden it all worked! So my advise to anybody having this kind of issue is to first try to use a different Google account and see what happens!
