S21 ultra green line issue

I requested assistance from samsung as my s21 ultra suddenly got green line, it was never dropped nor played with e games, casual call and browse only. Given it outside warranty samsung never covered the repairs so i pulled it out from service center. Im thinking of inquiring DTI if this is covered by consumer protection and if all samsung users with greenline issue can file a complaint for lemon devices. I hope collectively people file complaint on DTI to protect consumer from this

I also have the same problem on my Samsung 21 Ultra, which started last March of this year. I have learned that this Green Line issue has become common after Samsung pushed a software update ealier this year. I am also considering to file a complaint at DTI since Samsung is not willing to repair my phone for free, even though the fault was theirs.

Hello, just got a green line also while browsing. I was wondering if we can file a mass complaint for this issue? I really think that it's unfair to put the blame on the users because this is definitely a factory defect. And replacing the lcd is expensive.

Dear support team I have go through all comments all are recently happening this issue to all why. What is solution given to customer? I have not seen any posts . Can you help me to advise
