Hello all,

Why is samsung customer service so clueless? I preordered the phone on the 27th and yet the order is still being processed. The customer service do not know when the order is going to be shipped out. I know its a custom color and takes 4-5 weeks but they can atleast give an estimated delivery date.

I am also waiting impatiently lol the lack of updates is killing me.... Was told it wont update untill it arrives in ontario from korea and is picked up by fedex for delivery.... Wah wah wah :(

Same here, received an email on Jan 20 saying my phantom brown was being made just for me an it's the longest 5 weeks ever.
