So, more fun stuff now. On one hand CS is telling me that my pre-order is going to get cancelled. This afternoon I received an e-mail from samsung to ship my trade-in device as a next step towards my upgrade program. Of course, with a SPECIAL NOTE: Once you ship your trade in devicd you will not be able to get it back in the future.

Are you kidding me? I should send my device and you are going to cancel my order in couple of days.
