Anyone here who is still waiting for their s21 ultra preorder to be delivered?
I ordered the s21u 256gb in phantom titanium on the 28th. I received the buds and the tag on the 18th but the phone is still stuck in preparing dispatch for 5 days now.
I know some one will jump in this thread and comment that I ordered a custom color and it takes 4-5 weeks for it to be delivered but its a factory spec color option and I'm not getting any custom engraving or anything of that sorts for it to be called a "CUSTOM COLOR"
Hi pratikmurkunde, As the device is an exclusive model, the order takes up to 4-5 weeks for delivery. According to the order number we received from you, It is still one week behind and at the moment we don't have a defined ETA.
