S21 Ultra RCS on Bell not working

Ever since I got my s21 ultra. RCS doesn't work on Bell. Works on Telus sim

Used to work with my s20 and note 20

It's not available with Samsung messages for the device release in or after 2021, download Google messages to use RCS.

Nope works on my telus sim on samsung messages

It's carrier binded service, so as per bell it won't work on Samsung devices released in 2021 or after.

Hi, RCS (Rich Communication Service) messaging is a new type of messaging service that is more advanced than regular SMS and MMS. If you want to use RCS messages, you can download the Android Messaging app. To download the app, navigate to the Play Store, and then search for and select Android Messaging. Tap Install. Then, navigate to Settings and tap Apps. Search for and select the Android Messaging app, and then tap Set as default.

Note: Chat features will work only if others use the Android Messaging app with certain network providers.
