Was reading other's posting about this problem. And it happened to mine just now 😔

The line, like someone turning on a neon light, just appear in front of me while I am staring at the screen!

What is the point of giving 5 years, 7 years of upgrade promise if the hardware just gave up after 3 years plus?! 

Very disappointed.

I had this on my S21+ after only 1 year+. So frustrated! Eventually I had to change the whole screen. What's more disappointing is, I have a new S24U and just only a week, there's already a faint pink/green line 💀

I too just bought a S24U and thinking about passing on this S21U. Don't think anyone wanted a phone with a permanent green line on the screen 😌

Yea, unless they're willing to change the screen. The neon green line is such an eyesore

My phone same.. check online show many users experience the same.

Went to mv service centre, was bluffed with script answer overheating.

When I ask on the free screen replacement, baru the sales agent changed tone admit it's phone problem but free replacement programme is over.

***, you wan me to replace the screen for rm 580 for a problem not caused by myself but is ur phone problem? And the rm 580 warranty is only 3 months.
