Galaxy SWent to mv service centre, was bluffed with script answer overheating.
When I ask on the free screen replacement, baru the sales agent changed tone admit it's phone problem but free replacement programme is over.
***, you wan me to replace the screen for rm 580 for a problem not caused by myself but is ur phone problem? And the rm 580 warranty is only 3 months.
How can samsung treat loyal customer with this ?I buy become of brand reliability..now ?????
