I have an S22 5G and I knocked it off my coffee table into a saucepan with a bit of water in it. It was only in there a few seconds as my boyfriend grabbed it out but it did fully submerge before he grabbed it (Maybe just under 1/2 pot of water). He turned my phone off right away, this was at least a couple hours ago and I don't have rice. Will my phone be okay to turn on now? Anything I can do to be on the safe side before turning it back on?

Maybe a hair dryer on low..I would then leave it for the night. Or ask a neighbour for rice lol.

The '6' in IP68 means the Galaxy S22 is fully sealed against dust, dirt, and sand. Whether someone takes their S22 to a beach or on a hiking trip, they won't have to worry about debris getting inside the phone and damaging it. The '8' in IP68 translates to the Galaxy S22 being able to survive up to 1.5m of water submersion for up to 30 minutes.
