S22 is not showing individual options on SIM card manager

Hi,

i am using a physical sim and esim on my S22 and trying to set different sim card for preferred Calls/data/message.

but my phone is only showing one option to select primary sim.

anyone has this similar issue and is there any way to fix it?

eSIM is available on the S22 - S21 & Note 20 as well as some of the Flip Fold devices since One UI V4.1.

Hi, do you see Dual SIM settings in Quick settings menu?
Drag notification bar down >> tap three dots From the dropdown menu, tap on Quick panel layout. tap on the “Show multi SIM info” option to enable the switch next to it.
Please check if you see call, Text Messages, Mobile data option.
Tap on each option and select the default SIM.

I believe I am having the same issue as everyone else. I do not see any SIM options from the quick settings menu or the quick panel layout. Just bought the phone and it is at UI 4.1 with android 12. is there some deep dark switch i have to push to get this menu option, or is it just not available on canadian phones? I have installed Knowroaming eSIM and it works okay for data, but texting/calling is a bit touch and go as I can't seem to control which sim calls/texts are coming in on. Thanks, Ron.
