S22 Pre-order Still Processing - Bad Service

Placed a pre-order on 16th Feb and received a  shipping date of 4th March. Today is 8th March and when I check my order status it shows that it is still processing. Is anyone experiencing this? Does it mean that my order has not been acknowledged?

For those who have received the RM800 e-voucher, what's the expiry date? I'm worried that I might not receive my package in time...

Yes, but provided got stocks. Buds2 and Buds Pro are part of the list in the special website for rm800 eVoucher use

I just checked, only Buds2 available at the moment, while Buds Pro out of stock.

No man...I'm still stuck at "Order Placed" not even "Preparing dispatch"... hopefully they will restock the buds pro by the time my phone arrives (before the expiry date hopefully)

ya, most of the item that range around 800 is out-of-stock, not sure if this is another technique coming from Samsung itself, I have to fork up additional RM199 to buy Samsung watch 4...very well played Samsung!

Not sure what happened to your order but I preordered it on Feb 10 @ Samsung website and received it on March 2. Same goes to my partner.

Same, pre-ordered on the 10th feb, still waiting for DHL to pick up the phone since it is still in the warehouse....... same answer everytime from the online chat with samsung..... even the twin pen is preparing for shipping
