Galaxy SOpen the Samsung Members app & Click on Support >vPhone Diagnostics and run the Diagnostics for the Speakers.
See if you get any error messages.
You can try this app & see if there's any moisture or debris in the Speakers.

Galaxy SCheck the Speakers again with the Diagnostics.. it's possible that there's a loose connection, and that might be why it's working again.. for now.. but you might want to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech?
