S22 Trade-In - No Info Received

I pre-ordered a new S22 Ultra and did a trade in. Typically within 24 hours of my device being delivered I get instructions to send in my trade in device. I had ordered a tablet and got the trade in details for that. For the S22 stil have not received anything. Emailed customer support and they just said to enter the order number and get the shiping label. Emailed them again saying I do not have the offer number. Any one have any suggestions? I do not want to end up getting charged back for the trade in credit.

I was told to register it again on www.galaxyupgrade.ca and 24h hours after I got the waybill by email.

You mean use your IMEI and search for it, after that it sent you an email 24 hours later?

Brantley, please send clear instructions or an email to us here on what needs to be done . Clear, concrete and effective communication goes a long way. You're a so called moderator and your poorly written response is not adding to Samsung's inability to fulfill effective customer service. At least demonstrate some intelligence and provide adequte assistance instead of copying and pasting scripts.
